Vitaport® Fair Use Policy

Introduction:



Vitaport ("the Platform") is designed to provide users with personalised health and wellness support, content and programs. To support fair and responsible use of the Platform for all users, we have established this Fair Use Policy ("the Policy"). This Policy outlines acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Platform, including but not limited to activities that may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Platform. Each Customer must ensure that its users comply with this Fair Use Policy.

 

Acceptable Use:


1. Personal Use: Users are permitted to use the Platform for personal wellness management purposes.


2. Compliance with Terms of Service: Users must abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the Aspen Technology Terms.


3. Responsible Use: Users must use the Platform in a responsible and lawful manner, respecting the rights of other users and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.


4. Respect for Privacy: Users must respect the privacy of other users and refrain from engaging in any activity that compromises the confidentiality or security of personal or sensitive information of other users.


5. Feedback and Suggestions: Users are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the Platform's functionality and user experience. All feedback and suggestions will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary to Users.

 

Unacceptable Use:


1. Commercial Use: Users are prohibited from using the Platform for any commercial purposes without prior authorisation from the Platform's administrators.


2. Unauthorised Access: Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or any associated systems or networks.


3. Malicious Activities: Users must not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.


4. Spamming: Users must not engage in spamming or other forms of unsolicited communication through the Platform.


5. Abuse of AI Digital Assistant: Users must not abuse or misuse the AI digital assistant feature of the Platform, including but not limited to submitting false or misleading queries, submitting prompts designed to generate offensive or infringing content, engaging in excessive use that disrupts the service for others, or attempting to manipulate the assistant for malicious purposes.


6. Broadcasting Wellness Content: Users are not allowed to broadcast any wellness content available on the Platform without prior authorisation from the Platform's administrators. This includes but is not limited to sharing articles, videos, or other resources provided within the Platform's ecosystem with any person.

 

Enforcement:

Violation of this Fair Use Policy may result in suspension of access to the Platform in accordance with the Aspen Technology Terms.

 

Amendments:

This Fair Use Policy may be amended or updated from time to time in accordance with the Aspen Technology Terms.
